The Pipers Inn
The pipers in is a pub in East Clare just outside Killaloe.
The pub has been the local bar for Ogonnelloe for
several years but was closed down in 2006 by its owner.
It was then purchased by the current owners who
refurbished the entire building. the premises consist of an
old farmers bar, the original pub building and a series of
extensions. The upstairs was used as a B&B. the current
owners decided to refurbish the entire building from
ground up including the upper floor, electrical system, plumbing, windows, roof, wall finishes and of course the bar itself.
My redesign of the existing premises features a bar and restaurant on the ground floor with two large commercial units upstairs as well as a apartment.

Farm buildings Renovation, O'gonneloe, Co. Clare, Ireland
These building are to be renovated to ensure their continued use into the future. Currently the some of the buildings on this fare are in danger of falling into irreversible disrepair. This project includes the extension and renovation of an old farm house, the replacement of a badly damaged stone outbuilding and the construction of a new machinery shed. In addition this project includes a cottage renovation and extension on the periphery of the farm complex. In this project the design was conceived by Annelies Van Haaren and drafted by me.
